I do think keeping the Australian Commodore name would be better. I really like the name Commodore. I also think this could work as a Buick, with Chevy bowing out of the full-size sedan segment. The only concern there is the volume and visibility, the same problems that plagued the G8 as a Pontiac. That is also the same reason why having Buick and GMC makes no sense.
