I was watching this race on speed and do every year but I record most of it and skip through commercials. Yes its sad that the driver lost his life but I think more could have been done to prevent such a hard hit, Every driver that speed seems to get a interview with mentioned something about the wreck or driver and that the track could be made a lil safer with maybe safer-barrier walls and what not. Basically the car went through the Armco guardrail and into a tree and at high speeds like that no matter how safe the car is that tree doesn't move much if at all. I Hope that next year we will see something like tires or safer-barrier walls at some parts of the track that don't have it now.
