As a Cadillac owner I think that type of logic is seriously FLAWED. I also kno several people right here in Owings Mils/Hunt Valley/Pikesville, MD who have traded in their S-Class for that "Glorified Impala."
Come to think of it.. the XTS was out two years before the Impala.. and as of today has sold 50X as many. Seems to me the Impala would be a DOWNGRADED XTS
