A 10 second daily driver is more impressive to me than an 8 second fully built race car especially when you consider that there are some 9 second daily drivers out there these days. In fact, there are some "True Street" cars that have dipped into the high 8's. And you have to remember that with some rules in some brackets some race cars are only going to be so fast. A "race car" is not determined by how fast it is. It is a race car because it is used to race. Even if it's a 15 second car.
