He's a FEDERAL LEO. If he's pulling you over, you're in violation of a FEDERAL crime. Hell, if HE'S pulling you over, you're probably a serial killer.
When was the last time you went on a killing spree? How about transported mass amounts of drugs across state lines? Are you a terrorist?
If you answered no to all of those, you probably don't ever have to worry about running into him. If you answered yes, well, then that's PLENTY of reason to throw your butt in jail.
