Wow that's a good amount of weight to lose!! Nice job! Working with it on a daily basis I know how hard it can be for someone to lose 10lbs...let alone the amount you did.
Yeah it can be hard when you have a lot of other things occupying your time, and thoughts, when trying to either lose weight or gain muscle. I understand that for sure.
