Most of the lowriders originate from the west coast, primarily LA, where there isn't much point to having a ton of power, due to the fact that you'll hardly get to use it. Personally, I think they're all right, I'd never put that much money into a car, but some of them don't look too bad. MUCH better than crap like this:
I love my Jeeps, it gets me pissed off to see a lifted rwd CAR...
Not to mention they usually do this crap to some of the rarer GM's out there...
