A class system? Thats a very broad statement to make. You say you were going over the posted speed limit and you were cited, you admit to not having a front license plate (a TX requirement?) and were cited, and you had a expired tag and were cited? All of those seem like legit reasons to receive a citation but you never got a warning? Maybe its because you were not very happy when you were engaging in the conversation with the officer. You know that your body tells more of what you say and feel than your mouth could ever describe, right? Next time, try talking more and advise the officer you tried to stop in a safe location for him. Come off like you understand that traffic stops are the worst possible scenarios for us and maybe you will get a full conversation going instead of just question and answer.
