There are gaps in both systems. I have no problems with the current Xbox system and live. It's the changes coming that I'm worries about.

Before I continue I want to say I'm enjoying our convo and hope u are too don't want this to turn into a nasty argument because of a misunderstanding cause the Internet can't convey emotion well. Your windows id is the email directly tied to your account so once they find that out they could find a way to gain access to your. But the only way they could get that is your own slip up. Either you open an email with key logging software that they send you or other social engineering tactics. But as long as your smart and don't fall for stuff like that your account will be fine no one will be able to spy on your or such.
