All I can say about overloading is that all of my Chevys are equipped exactly like the Dodges were and they never wear out these parts. I am considering a new 2500 or 3500 dodge to see if they improved. I have many friends and family members that have 09 and up 1500s, and they are very reliable along with being very nice trucks. I just have no use for a 1/2 truck. Like I said I'm only telling based off my experiences along with my buddy which doesn't load his hardly ever.
