AGGGGGGH!

I hate it when GM has these end of year sales...

I have a 2010 GMC crew cab SLE truck. It's been a great truck, but it didn't have all the bells and whistles I really wanted when I bought it. The truck I'm eyeballing is north of the $41K range MSRP.

GMC/Chevy has been running the ads on the $9250 off and such for discounts on crew cabs. Now, there's a 2013 Crew Cab SLE I've got my eye on that DOES have all the bells and whistles I would like. Depending on the trade-in value, I could write a check for the difference or get a great rate at the credit union for a 36 month loan and pay around 170/month depending on what the difference truly is.

The Dave Ramsey part of me says I've got a good truck with 27K miles that is paid for and buying a new truck right now is a dumb move. The other part of me says that this will likely be the last truck I'll buy before retirement in a few years and I think if I WERE to do something, it's right in the sweet spot as far as stock availability and price range. But basically this week only (June 3rd all the cool current incentives expire).

Good deals are always available when you're NOT looking for them.
