Its actually not too hard. Have to have a high-speed drill like a dual mode impact drill. I'm started by sanding with 60 grit on a palm sander. Then polish steps are black Emory, brown tripoli, white diamond, red something, then blue polish. Just takes time. Harbor freight has a kit that comes with all of that and a bunch of polishing wheels in different shapes and sizes
