3) Today's SS has roughly 9.16 lb/hp. To stay close to that (for volume builds), expect an LT-0.85 for hp...
4) 475 hp in 3500 lbs = Z/28...where a GG of a $Grand or $Two won't really matter...
...and what works in Warren will work in Dearborn...and vice versa...
