No. Honestly, I think all the hype about his death is just f-ing rediculous. I understand that a lot of people liked his music, but honestly I never really heard anybody referring to him while he was alive as anything but a bit of a joke, and I really don't think his death is really that much more to grieve about than any other death on the planet, and far less than some.
The son of one of my moms friends, who was also a fellow OK ARNG soldier with me, died two weeks ago in a motorcycle accident. He spent 10% of his life fighting for his country, halfway around the world from his home. And yet all people care about is MJ.
It makes me sick.
