I don't really see an issue with this picture...assuming the driver has a disability placard displayed properly. I park like this sometimes too if I park in an end spot and the area next to the spot has those diagonal solid lines. The lines mean that area isn't a parking space. Parking like this maximizes the space between your car and another car that might park next to you. This means less chances of scratches and door dings.
A Lamborghini isn't the typical car for a disabled person though. Makes you wonder..
