FWIW:
the keyless-go button can be removed from the ignition, read the owners manual it tells you how.
once removed you will use the key fob to start the car, while it doesn't have a key per-say, you insert it into the slot and the IR will connect with the WCM and you can use it to turn and crank the car.
insofar as going backwards to a normal key, no that is not possible ok well it might be possible but I suspect cost prohibitive.
Dodge uses a dedicated system for their ignition and key systems, all of the features are encoded in the PCM, the TIPM, and the CCN (the power control module, the Total Integrated Power Module (aka front fuse block) and the Cluster Control Node).
While I am sure it might be possible, it would require someone with the engineering files to re-write the vehicles configuration files to remove the feature, a dealer cannot do that, additionally those files are encrypted so you would need to know a Chrysler engineer with the key-codes.

Also he can disable the touch to open feature on the doors from his EVIC settings, also in the owners manual.. Disabling the feature defeats the system and thus requires either the keyfob or the hidden key in the fob to unlock the doors.
