DUDE WTF? Was it HPD? Do you remember his name? Where were you when that happened? Off of 45 by greenspoint? Let me know who did that if it's HPD. if it's at greenspoint I'll have a talk with him if you remember the name
I'm not getting a front plate either. As for the no frame warning, I haven't heard anything about that requirement here in TX.
