22? That's it? Hawks and the Blues held that distinction for more seasons and Detroit is not Hockeytown. A lot of empty seats at that stadium even when the Wings are hot and it has been like that for years. They pack in high school games in Minnesota.
I'm not even bashing the Wings either and I've never been a Wing hater but there are places in Minnesota that will make you think you're in Canada with their hockey fever. I've never seen that anywhere else in the U.S.
