I do double dipped chicken (strips or parts) that are to die for.
heat a sauce pan of cooking oil to 350Degrees
Season flour to taste place in bowl
Pour Milk in another bowl
with one hand flour chicken then with other dip in milk, with the flour hand dip the chicken back in to the flour & then place into hot oil cook until brown & then place on to cookie sheet in to a heated oven for 20 to 30 mins.
if you do strips you can use them in wraps or even on salads
