I started making ice cream once a week. Last week it was lemon basil, but I didn't have enough basil from my garden to really make it zing.
This week it was smoked date chocolate chip. I smoked the dates while smoking a pork shoulder for pulled pork sandwiches.
Any suggestions for next week?
