I don't know much about the 1.6 EcoBoost going in the Fiesta ST... however if it's anything like the other EcoBoost motors it should be tough! As far as extra boost, really not sure on the that... on the 2.0 EB you really can't run MORE boost since the tiny little turbo is pretty much maxed out... HOWEVER you can make the boost come on sooner and hold it longer!
I picked up a ridiculous amount of low end torque with just a tune on both the 3.5 V6 EcoBoost and the 2.0 I-4 EcoBoost..
