Does it have anything on it other than the aftermarket wheels? At the end of the 2012 model year, base GTs were going for 26K brand new....this is about a 3 year old car, now, assuming it is a 2011. So unless it had some options, that price may be just a little on the high side.
For simple, raw, power:dollar ratio, you can't beat a base GT.
