I disagree. Hennessey is not an automotive manufacturer. They do not build cars, they modify them. They did not take a car they designed and built and then used the chassis under another car they built so that argument doesn't hold water. They took a car someone else built and modified it. Like if I took your Camaro, swapped out the front and rear clips and threw a Ferrari V12 in it and called it the Apex Toxin. Even if I built a few dozen of them they still would not be a production car, they would be custom built cars.
Does anyone know how the Venom is registered? Do they use the Lotus VIN?
