And creatine is one of the few suppliments (of the many I've tried) that I still use - because it actually does work for me.
My suppliment routine looks like this:
Every morning: Two Multivitamins, 2400 mg fish oil, 500 mg Arginine.
Pre-workout: 500 mg Glutamine, 750 mg Creatine, 500 mg Taurine
Post-workout: 500 mg Glutamine, 750 mg Creatine, protein protein protein.
And then my daily diet consists of at least 125 grams of protein and 200 grams on non-sugar carbohydrates.
Its working, but slowly.

Right now I'm on the BSN line of supplements. It's the Pre-Workout N.O. Explode, the Nitrix everyday supplement supplement, and the post-workout Cellmass. I just finished a bottle of Vyper fat burners. I get the supplements for basically free, and I have a free gym membership because my brother works there.
