Well, unless he is quoting private messages, whatever is posted here in the public spaces he can access anonymously at any time. I am not certain, but he may be able to view the site even if the IP is blocked from being able to create an account and post here.
That being said, I don't recall anything particularly damning that anyone has said here (with the exception of Twisty above)! Sounds like he is just upset and obsessing. Since it seems that he wasn't particularly interested in letting go, it isn't a surprise that he'd be "watching" to see if things are being said about him or things that could be used within courts to support any arguements that he might have.
So much easier said than done, I know, but ignoring him and moving on is probably best (even if nearly impossible to do). It sounds like he is just trying to push your buttons to cause you pain, and if ya let it get to you he is getting what he wanted out of it.
On the bright side, you do have Twisty as a fall back option!
