I ordered a new 2SS last November. Still stuck at 3000 and holding. Dealer says it may be October before the car is produced. Been without a car since April this year. Just took delivery of a GT 500 Mustang. Power is outstanding and handling is so-so. Very happy with the car so I canceled my Camaro order. Honestly, I would rather have a Camaro but I simply can't wait till October. I appreciate the demand for this car but I expected the pre-ordered cars to get priority over rental units, dealer cars etc... Thanks for all the input on past questions, I appreciated all the feedback I got. I still love the Camaro---have had one since birth, I simply just can't wait for Chevy to make these cars. I'll wait a year or two and the SS's will be all over dealer lots for less than MSRP for sure.
, if available, I'll pick one up. Camaro is a great ride but, it's inmaterial if I can't actually drive/own one. I hope Chevy steps up production for the sake of all the people that have one on order. Enjoy your car no matter who made it!!!!!
