They don't give any kind of psychological evaluation to guys who buy guns and carry concealed weapons. If they are truly insane, they still can carry a gun. The average person on the street has some kind of mental disorder. As long as no one ever tests them, then whatever their mental problem is remains completely concealed just like their concealed weapon. Just like the random guys online who drive sports cars too.
There is no way to tell the real reason why people carry guns. No one that I associate with has a gun.
If you truly feel like you have to carry a gun all the time and you are not a cop, chances are you will end up being a George Zimmerman one day. Have fun with that.
Didn't the aurora batman shooter have lots of guns? Didn't they say he is certifiably insane? If he can get tons of guns, then any psycho can get guns legally.
Didn't Jared Loughner have some guns? Is he not completely insane also? I'm just proving my point that truly insane people can easily get a gun legally.
This Gail guy may or not be completely insane. Hopefully he is perfectly sane and he just happens to be a sharp shooter who can take one single shot and hit someone in the back of the head in a moving car. That is very interesting that he did that so easily. And he did that so fast, he did not even remotely wonder if doing that might backfire on him later on with the police.
