I sense Gail will be charged with 2nd degree. The guy who stole his SUV did not have any gun, just a screwdriver.
Gail was ready to shoot to kill All over some old peice of crap looking SUV that i am surprised anyone would want to steal.
It will be interesting how they deal with this.
