Can't really go wrong with any pickup. My current is a '95 Z71, I've had it almost 12 years now. Parts are easy to get, when you pop the hood it looks like an engine.
I had an old Toyota pickup years ago. It was a great pickup and again parts are cheap to get. They rust really bad.
Jeeps are cool, check on insurance on them though.
