No, the CTS Vsport slots in below the CTS-V. A lot of people complained with the current car that there was too much of a horsepower gap between the LFX powered CTS and the LSA powered CTS-V.
Base engine will be the 2.0T from the ATS.
No idea on pricepoint yet, but look at 5-series and E-class.
