I've seen the G1 in person. Its prettykewl. Prolly a better choice if you arent considering the "I-me too" or the BB.
Maybe the PalmII will be better.
Theres always a problem between "get it to the market" and "make it right."
compromise.
maybe palmII will be better, but I think the G1 will open you up to more options for now.
Too bad I cant recommend the BB-II. Yet.

PS - the "lock the device to the carrier" idea SUX.
Not enough "open source" choices for the consumer.
Thats the ULTIMATE bummer when considering your next device.
