Well here's what I did. Might save you a few bucks.
For my sidemarker tint, I went to a local tint shop and asked if they had any scraps that they were going to throw away. They gave me a few pieces of scraps and then I took off my sidemarkers and put it on and cut it out. Easy and free
For when I had vinyl on my bowties, I did the same. I went to a vinyl shop and told them I wanted to see if I could get some vinyl to cover my bowties. He gave me a few sets of scrap of gloss black vinyl which I took home and cut. Again, free
For led's, I would honestly just go with the cheapest you can find. I know a bunch of people will say oh the made in the usa stuff is a whole lot better and worth the price but I don't know if I believe it when it comes to LEDs. My LED fog light bulbs are from ebay. They cost me $5 and have been working perfectly for 2 years now. If they stop working, I can buy replacement sets and still be under the cost for what some are selling theirs. Do some give out more light? Maybe but to me it didn't matter because it's not like I can tell since the RS HID's are so bright
For tail lights, you can do tint and go look for scraps or use vht night shades. A buddy and I tinted his taillights with vht and it was easy and looked real good. The can is $15 at your local auto zone and is not hard to use at all. The hardest part might be removing the stock taillights since we didn't want to mask everything off and even that only took us 10 mins to do. You can just mask things off and spray right on the car if you choose. For $15 as opposed to $30 some of the taillight kits are is a no brainer to me. And you even have some left over if you want to do your sidemarkers as well.
