I'm guessing insurance may be a little low on their priority list
But we don't know the rest of the story. Could have been stolen. Could have been drug money bought. Could have been a little rich boy running from Mommy and Daddy. Could have been drunk and staying away until sober.
But mostly could have been bought for me! I'd give them a much more fun few hour ride and then I could keep the car
Cost would be the same.
