Long story short, he gives me a warning for my speeding and a fix it ticket for windows being too dark. 5% I guess is beyond the legal limit. It's 35% in Nebraska. When he said my windows are too dark, I said "Oh" and didn't even try to defend myself. Anyone else have this happen to you?

A tint ticket is a secondary ticket, he had to find something else wrong first so he clocked you going 2mph. He needs to hit his quota.
