If you're looking for a pre-workout stimulant there are many, one that has absolutely no jitters is Lean Revolution. If you want one for the "pump" then you would want a NO Booster but most of those will give you the jitters and some the shits mainly because of L-Argenine, AAKG and caffine but pre-workouts drinks such as NO Boosters do absolutely nothing to promote muscle growth or strength so rather than wasting money on them I'd go for the dextrose and whey and if you want a stimulant a cup of black coffee works.
