I'm not saying OC is not a possible deterrent... It is largely situational either way. In the car jacking example I doubt the perp would even notice a holstered gun on you seated in the car. I personally have no problems with OC. In fact it's legal here in Utah. I'm just saying CC *can* play to your advantage in certain circumstances.
