I have had Toyota rental cars with parts falling off before, and sounded like a tin can when closing the door, but they are the most reliable. To tell the truth I see more foreign cars abandoned on the side of the road and being hauled on rollbacks now than I do American brands...
Really if Dodge made a Challenger Convertible and there was no Camaro, I would choose it over a mustang any day... Has nothing to do with reliability, I just like the Challenger better.

I agree, i remember sitting in a Toyota for the first time after them being so talked up and I think seeing and feeling the cheap interior was one of the most disaponting days in my automotive life and one of the most gratifying too lol. I am actually getting rid of my Jeep, only because of some times, and actually just bought a 92 Lumina so I didn't have a payment. it's not perfect, but at 266k miles it is still solid and runs like a champ (though i am sure the engine and or transmission has been overhauled at some point)same with the Dakota with over 200k miles. I drive that car everyday an hour 1 way. , same with the Dakota with over 200k miles. I will admit I origionally was looking for a Toyota or Honda, but everyone had blown motors, blown transmissions, etc, etc and still wanted ridiculous amounts for them.
We are way too far off topic haha.
