It'd be a step up unless you have a TrailBlazer EXT. I've poked around one and the 2013s are a big improvement over the 2012s. Much higher quality interior and I love what they've done with exterior LED lighting for the DRLs.
Take a look at Terrain too. The LFX in the Theta-IIs is pretty good from what I hear.
