Someone was saying that these will be brought to North America as sold orders. I believe it because not a lot of people are going to see that in a showroom and have the reaction of, "I must have this car!" Especially not at the price point that is being thrown around.

Don't disagree. I need to see one in person.
For me, the passion can come from the sum of the parts. Interior, build quality, performance, NVH, features.
GM may surprise with a great price/value proposition and that could add to the overall package.
Just picking on wow factor? I agree, it's not there in the photos.
But I wouldn't disagree with anyone that suggested my Audi S4 is "boring" to look at. But the whole package makes me smile as often as any car I've driven. It's the whole package.
So we'll see when we get all the final numbers and if that can add up to a car you can love, like or easily pass on.
I do think that if you exclude styling you'd be hard pressed to find a car that does what the SS can do.
But as we are finding in this thread, there are a lot of opinions and not everyone will like this car and others will find it to be the best thing they've ever owned.
But I agree, styling isn't what will make this car a winner. It will be the overall sum of the parts.
