If they are not overturned before SCoTUS, then yes it would likely reach that point. Gura. That's all I have to say

That man is awesome.
However, if it does reach SCoTUS and they rule it constitutional, then we're screwed. That's why this needs to happen now, while the Heller 5 are still in, and before there is another left leaning justice appointed.
