Well it's certainly untapped when you consider how different it feels after a trifecta tune!
And yeah it's a phone. Rumored specs are a 4.7 to 5 inch screen with 1080p resolution, 1.7 quad core processor, 2GB of RAM, and a camera that uses three different 4.3 megapixel sensors on top of each other to take pictures, and as usual beats audio.
