These surveys are always a bit skewed, though, as they are simply survey answered by owners. Keep in mind that the average Lexus owner might drive on three wheels for a week before realizing there is a problem. In other words, people who buy transportation appliances, not cars, are less likely to realize when they have a problem than other types of drivers.
That being said, kudos to Porsche...owners of those pay more attention (most of the time).
