Finally dug out. We got probably 20" or 24" of snow. Hard to judge...out front there are drifts over 3 feet, out back there's about 9". Had to dig out the fire hydrant...twice. After the first time, I told the contractor crew.. "We know, we know". Then they missed it with the bobcat blade by about a foot, and buried it under 5 feet of snow.
My Dad said that his town cut the corner by his house...his lot is on a corner...they wiped out about 20 yards of his stone wall...and the 10 foot tall street sign
Met one of my deep-fried, gold plated, lunatic neighbors too. If I never talk to her again it will be too soon. She is a grand-prize froot-loop. The snow removal crew was getting so aggravated at her that they were going to stop moving the snow until she went back inside
