Diesel is $4.39 in Minnesota? Holy crap, it's only $4.12 here (and that's up from about $3.89 a couple weeks ago).
The fuel price difference is more of a winter thing. During the summer, they'll balance out more (you know, when gas goes on its usually March-April crazy surge, and goes above $4 to match diesel).
