How much can you bench was the question I was answering. It's not the only workout I do personally. The above mentioned, and most of us know, you will not look proportioned in body mass. Like most boxers I have seen around my size have top muscle but legs are thin. Even though there is a lot of strength in there legs they specifically have the power from the torso up. I don't want to achieve such a characteristic. My legs are a compound workout every time am at the gym except for days I do back exercise.
