As a huge fan of all things space related, I think one of the biggest hurtles our fledgling private space industry has is a lack of knowledge on the part of the general public. People don't seem to realize that much of what was once pure science fiction is quickly coming within reach of current technological capabilities. This video that the NSS wants to put together would go a long way in educating people about the huge potential the space industry has, the things we will be doing in the next few years with current technology, and the limitless possibilities it will open to Earth.
