So, YES leviticus88, keep your work ethic and supplement it with a degree (GPA >= 3.0). Sky is the limit.

BTW, college students on this board -- yes, your GPA does matter. That number equates to $$$$$$$$ after college. My company won't even hire anyone with less than a 3.0. Why? They did average work, or less, in college so that's probably the same level of effort they would give the company. We want over-achievers, not the average Joe who did just enough to pass. There are MANY companies that will view your GPA the same way. SO, while in college, keep your nose in the books.
