I was just just making my second attempt to reply to your PM when some kid in a pickup skidded into through the stop sign out front and into the woods across the road. I walked over there to check to make sure there were no injuries. The kid was obviously drunk and distraught. I didn't want to get involved, but the people that did stop were doing nothing to keep him or themselves out of the road (It's dark AND foggy.) So I begrudgingly took charge and got him out of the road, and the next thing I know, I'm the only one there with him, and the cops haven't even arrived yet! So much for good Samaritans.  |

Gary, thank you for your condolences regarding the rejection of my novel.
If you don't mind I'd like to share the rejection letter with the group. I am going to start another novel soon and make another try at it. I'll have to buy a new box of crayons. I hope potential editors understand that writing an entire novel in crayon is very expensive and time consuming.
