Don't ever, ever... ever use anything in your résumé that could possibly read like a job description from USAjobs. It's insulting to your reader.
Use bullet points
Lose the 1st person
Lose the job description if you already included it
Add about 100 more examples of stuff you claim to have done
Add 100 more action verbs, facilitated, initiated, implemented (key words)
This should get you going.
