I've been told 1200. I'm 53 years old,
exercise3 days a week, otherwise basically
a desk job. 5'6" and 170 lbs. Haven't changed
weight in 3-4 years.

5lbs in roughly 2 1/2 weeks, you're eating much healthier and getting stronger. I think you're right on target
